Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • In a separate shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated. Then, dredge it in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to coat both sides well.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  • For an extra crispy finish, you can broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning.
