Ingredients
- 1 medium jalapeno
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 2 tablespon cilantro
- 8 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Start by mashing the ripe avocados in a bowl, then mix in the diiced red onion, the juice of one lime, and one minced jalapeno pepper (more or less depending on your spice preference).
- Next, stir in some cilantro, lime zest and salt to taste.
