- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all the ingredients in the pressure cooker pot and stir with a wooden spoon to ensure the rice is completely covered by water.
Pressure cook the rice on high for 13 minutes.
Allow the pressure cooker to naturally release for 10 minutes before ending with a quick release.
