Instructions
- Preheat the grill or smoker is set at a consistent, low temperature (around 225-250 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Then in a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt, and chicken rub.
- Rub the turkey with the rub.
- Add the turkey to the roasting pan.
- Set the roasting pan into the grill, uncovered.Cook for 2 hours.
